Mosio is a messaging service specifically tailored for REDCap users, allowing for automated survey invites, alerts, and survey invitations via SMS/text messaging. Mosio is available for project teams through a monthly subscription model. For more information about the subscription plans and how to get an account, please read Getting a Mosio Account.
Mosio projects can be monitored and managed by multiple individuals. There is a limit on the number of accounts you can have linked to a single Mosio project, which will dependent on the plan you have currently purchased.

Navigating to the User Management Dashboard
There are two different ways of navigating to the page where you will be able to add, remove, and modify.
Method 1
For those who use the Mosio direct plan, this will likely be the most efficient way to perform this task. From your Mosio-REDCap Dashboard, click on the "Manage User Accounts" button.
This will open the user management page.
Method 2
You may also navigate to this page using the Mosio project dashboard. From your dashboard, click on the "Tools" dropdown menu toward the top the left of the page.
From this dropdown, select "User Accounts"
This will bring you to the user management page.
Adding Users
From the user management page, you will be able to add users by pressing the green "Add New Users" button.
This will trigger a pop-up window to appear - within this pop-up, you will be able to specify the user's email and user type, and will also be given the option to assign them a username. If they are not assigned a username, the username will be automatically generated based off the provider email address. More information on user types will be found in the following section, and also on the user management page.
You may also add multiple users at once by clicking the "Add Another User" button
You may also use the short text box on screen to draft a "welcome" email for the folks you will be adding to the project. This is optional.
After you have entered all the information for the user(s) you would like to add, click the "Create Users" button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
After a user is added, they will appear on the user management page.
Permission Levels
While the overall feature access will vary based on your Mosio plan, user types/permissions can be split into three categories - account admins, admins, and moderators.
Moderators can answer SMS messages (if you have this functionality within your plan) and interact with most Mosio functionality, but will not have edit permissions for things like Project Settings.
Admins will have the ability to edit anything within the Mosio project, aside from the actual user management page.
Account admins will have the ability to edit anything within the project, INCLUDING the ability to add, edit, and remove users.
Removing Users
To remove a user, head to the user management dashboard for that project. Then, click the red "Remove" button that appears on the same row as the user's username.
This will also trigger a confirmation message pop-up, which displays the user's username. Once you are ready to remove the user, click "OK"
Once the user is removed, they will no longer appear on the user management page, and you will also receive a confirmation message.
