Please note that studies involving CHCO patients must first be reviewed by CHCO Regulatory Support in accordance with CHCO privacy policies before approval can be granted. Because of this additional review step, approval may take longer than usual.
Once your request is approved, a Help Desk ticket will be created on your behalf. Shortly after this ticket is created, a member of the REDCap Support Team will follow up with information on next steps.
