Mosio is a messaging service specifically tailored for REDCap users, allowing for automated survey invites, alerts, and survey invitations via SMS/text messaging. Mosio is available for project teams through a monthly subscription model. For more information about the subscription plans and how to get an account, please read Getting a Mosio Account.

Requesting Mosio Access
To enable Mosio for a project, you will need to complete the survey accessible at the following link: https://redcap.ucdenver.edu/surveys/?s=FX8RFMTHW9LW4XTM. This will create a help desk ticket on your behalf that your REDCap Administrator will review. A REDCap Administrator will follow up with you shortly after we receive and review this request. Please note, if the study will involve CHCO patients, additional review will be required due to CHCO privacy policy.
Accessing REDCap Account Information in Mosio
After you have established an account with Mosio and been approved by a REDCap Administrator to enable it on your REDCap project, log-in to Mosio at https://biz.mosio.com/login
After logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard. Click on the "Quicklinks" dropdown menu located on the green header at the top the page.
Please note that your log-in dashboard may appear differently depending on your account type
From the dropdown menu, select "RCD Dashboard".
This will open a new window which will display your REDCap dashboard. This page contains account information relevant to the application connection to REDCap, such as your Mosio phone number, API key, recent text usage from REDCap, and a convenient character counter for segment tracking.
Click on the eye icon to the right of the "<hidden>" text to reveal your API key.
Your REDCap Administrator will request you to submit this key in a secure form that will be deleted after Mosio has been enabled. You will be notified once Mosio has been enabled on your account.
