Navigate to your project and look at the left-hand sidebar. Locate the hyperlink reading “Data Quality” under the “Applications” heading.
From here, you will want to locate the table on the page with the heading “Data Quality Rules”, and then find the “Rule #” column within said table. Look down this column until you find the letter “H”, then follow this row to the right until you locate the “Execute” button in the “Total Discrepancies” column. Click this button.
Wait for Rule H to process – this will take longer depending on the size of your project and the number of calculated fields found on your project. For most projects, this should take less than 5 minutes.
Once Rule H is done executing, click on the “View” text that appears where the Execute button/Buffering sign previously appeared.
This will generate a pop-up window. Briefly review to make sure none of the updated calculations look particularly abnormal based on your equation. If everything looks good, click the “Fix calcs now” button.
You may also manually exclude values from the update.
Wait for this process to complete – you will see the same pop-up window you have previously, but it will be slightly faded and a “Working…” box will appear as an overlay.
Once you see the message reading, “Calculated values fixed!” you may click close and leave this page.
